About Paw Schooled

Paw Schooled helps dog owners train their dog with kind, science-based, force-free methods, and figure out which online programs and apps are actually worth paying for. It is written by Jenna Hayes, a certified professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA).

We are different from most dog-training sites in two ways. First, we are force-free only: no shock collars, no prong collars, no dominance theory. Second, we lead with the free way. For most single issues, a good free guide and a bit of consistency works, and we say so even though it earns us nothing. We recommend a paid course only when you want a full step-by-step system.
